Automoat is a venture of Promoat Group, operated by Left Lane Tech Inc. (“Automoat”, “we”). These terms cover this website and your use of the Automoat app: the web app at app.automoat.ai and the Automoat phone app. Engagements with Automoat are governed by separate Master Services Agreements signed at the start of work. These terms don't create an engagement by themselves.

This website

Use of the site

You may browse the site, read our content and submit forms in good faith. You may not scrape it, try to get into the admin area, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Content ownership

The copy, frameworks, methods and design on this site belong to Left Lane Tech Inc. Quote us, reference us and link to us, but don't republish our content as your own.

Case studies

Composite case studies are labeled as composite. They describe the kind of work we do and outcomes we've seen. They are not promises of specific results for your operation. Outcomes for an engagement are set in that engagement's contract.

Pricing

This site doesn't publish pricing. Commercial terms are set in proposals and contracts for each engagement.

The Automoat app

Who can use it

The app is for people a business has invited into its Automoat workspace. That business's agreement with Automoat governs the service it receives. These terms cover your own use of the app.

Your account

You sign in with your work account. Keep it secure and don't share access. Your workspace admin decides your role and can remove your access at any time.

Agents prepare, people decide

The workspace's agents use AI to draft replies, propose reminders and tasks, and answer questions from the workspace's knowledge. AI can be wrong. Nothing is sent until a person approves it, so check each draft before you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve and send.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for your workspace's business and within the law.
• Don't try to reach another workspace, get around sign-in or limits, or interfere with the service.
• Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell the app.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we provide it as it is, to the extent the law allows. Service commitments, if any, are set in your business's agreement with Automoat.

Changes and suspension

We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date above. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts a workspace at risk.

App Store

If you got the phone app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply.
