Support.
Automoat runs AI agents for businesses. The agents prepare the work, such as draft replies, reminders and a morning agenda, and a person approves each piece before anything goes out. The web app at app.automoat.ai and the Automoat phone app are where your team does that.
Getting access
Access is by invitation. Your workspace admin adds you on the web. Then sign in with your work email. There is no sign-up in the app.
Signing in
- Enter your work email. It decides how you sign in: your company's Microsoft or Google account, or an email link.
- “This email isn't set up for Automoat” means you haven't been added yet. Ask your workspace admin.
- An email sign-in link opens in your browser and signs you in on the web. On the phone, use Microsoft or Google sign-in.
Notifications
- In the phone app, go to Workspace, Notifications. Choose every new card or urgent cards only, and turn the morning agenda, reminders and problems on or off.
- “Send a test notification” checks that your phone gets them.
- On a reminder, press and hold the notification to mark it Done or move it to tomorrow at 9am.
- If nothing arrives, check that notifications are on for Automoat in your phone's settings.
App lock
Turn on App lock in Workspace to ask for Face ID when you open the app after 5 minutes away.
What you change on the web
Agent instructions, schedules, connections, people and budgets are changed at app.automoat.ai. The phone app shows them.
