AI Readiness Self-Assessment.

Where your operation stands across 8 dimensions.

Eight questions across the dimensions that determine whether Automoat is the right fix today. The result is a verdict, not a score for vanity. We'd rather tell you in a calculator than waste your Ops Call slot.

§ I — THE INPUTS
0 / 8 ANSWERED · MAX SCORE 22
01 · BUSINESS STAGE

Which best describes your business today?

02 · CURRENT AI SPEND

How much are you spending on AI licenses today?

03 · MEASURED LIFT

How would you describe the productivity lift you've measured from AI to date?

04 · OPERATIONAL PAIN

What's the biggest constraint on your business today?

05 · EXECUTIVE SPONSOR

Who would own an AI-native-OS install internally?

06 · INSTRUMENTATION

How well do you measure your operational KPIs today?

07 · INVESTMENT APPETITE

Are you in a position to make a significant operational capital commitment this year?

08 · TIMELINE

When would you want to start?

ALL SCORING IS CLIENT-SIDE. NOTHING IS SUBMITTED.

§ II — METHODOLOGY

The 8 dimensions.

The score reflects whether the eight conditions for a successful Automoat engagement are present: business stage (we serve established SMBs, not pre-revenue), AI spend (you should already be spending on licenses), measured lift (low lift today = bigger gap to close), operational pain (specific bottleneck, not vague growth desire), executive sponsor (founder/CEO/COO, not delegated), instrumentation (we need to measure to commit), investment appetite (serious capital commitment is required), and timeline(near-term, not someday).

The scoring weights are tuned to surface deal-stoppers. A low score on executive sponsor or investment appetite can outweigh strong scores everywhere else — because those two dimensions kill engagements that look good on paper.

What this is not: a precise instrument. It's a fit-check. Final qualification happens in the Ops Call where we can press on the lower-scoring dimensions and see whether they're solvable.

§ III — WHAT THIS MEANS

What the verdict means.

STRONG FIT. Most signals point to a real engagement. The Ops Call is about scope and timeline, not whether we should work together.

PROBABLE FIT. Most markers there with one or two soft spots. The call confirms whether the soft spots are timing-and-fixable or structural.

EARLY. Promoat (our advisory venture) is built exactly for the stage where the operating pain hasn't crystallized into specific workflows yet. Worth a look.

NOT A FIT TODAY. A no from this calculator is doing both of us a favor. The reasons are usually structural (wrong scale, no sponsor, no urgency) — and saying so here keeps your Ops Call slot for someone Automoat can actually serve.
